Student Council.
Student Council is a representative structure through which secondary students become involved in the affairs of our school, working in partnership with school management, staff and parents for the benefit of our school and our students.
Membership is made up of student representatives from each of the secondary homeroom classes in Forms 1 to 6. Each class votes for two representatives. Any of the class representatives from Form 4 and Form 5 can also run for Student Council President. The President is elected through a voting process that involves all the secondary classes.
The class representatives attend regular Student Council meetings, bringing the ideas and concerns of their class to Student Council and then reporting back to their class on the outcomes of discussions. They also organise regular fund-raisers for charities, as well as social events for students.
