To protect the personal data and privacy rights of students, staff, and visitors, all CCTV footage recorded on school premises is handled in accordance with Macau Law No. 8/2005, Personal Data Protection Act.

As CCTV footage may contain identifiable images of minors and other individuals, the school will not release, share, or show raw CCTV footage to parents, guardians, or private individuals, except where required by law or where a valid legal basis applies.

If an incident is reported, the school will review the relevant footage internally and communicate the findings and follow-up actions to the families directly involved where appropriate.

All CCTV footage is accessed only by authorised personnel and managed in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
